The Company recruits employees through a contract of employment. Such a contract
is governed by the Indian Labour law and Shree Hari Chemicals policies and procedures.
This contract should state the following:
1) Date of Employment
2) Job Title
3) Designation and Salary
Any new employment may require the individual to complete a probationary period
of a stated time, not to exceed 6 months. Upon successful completion of probationary
period, the individual will be confirmed into the post. Any changes to the Company’s
terms and conditions of employment will be communicated and deemed to be amended
within the contract of employment.

b) End of Service Gratuity
|
|
A worker who has completed a period of five years or more of continuous service
shall be entitled to an end of service payment.

c) Grievances Procedure
|
|
It is the Company’s Policy to ensure that employees who have a problem related to
their employment can raise a grievance and seek resolution as speedily as possible,
by contacting the Manager Co-ordination.

d) Official Public Holidays
|
|
In general, the policy of Shree Hari Chemicals is to follow the practice of 3 public
holidays of 26th January, 15th August and 2nd October in terms of granting Public
Holidays. Upto 12 Public Holidays are granted for Mumbai staff.
